Shadow Bolt is not terribly efficient and normally has to be used often in instances simply because most elites do not continue long enough to allow their DOTs to issue. They cannot create their own water. As a healer, I let them proceed and Life Tap as wanted, but I also let them know that in the middle of Burning Crusade Classic Gold , my focus is on the tank chiefly and I will not empty my mana to keep his mana pool upward. Outside of battle, they could go nuts as long as I have enough mana for the coming struggles and my soul regen is keeping up.
That being said, who the hell places only a linen cloth about the AH? lol. People like to AFK in capitals. In this manner, they are in a central location and can keep an eye on the LFG channels to see if there is any dungeon runs popping up in Puggle they may be considering. Hey now! Leave those poor piggies. They are living a good life being a hunter pet instead of someone’s meal.
Warriors who won’t tank – I am a warrior. That is literally the 1 thing our class can do a rogue can not, and they’ve better threat management for dps. WOW Classic hunters have the worst scaling in WOW Classic, meaning Stat stick is more useful on literally anybody else. And it is not just a stat rod when a melee dps is utilizing it. Sometimes, that brand new weapon would cause the melee participant to change their whole spec.
On WOW Classic seekers I generally agree but I do believe there are some exceptions in which items are greatest or most acceptable on WOW Classic hunters vs anyone else. I feel as though polearms are practically only helpful on WOW Classic hunters for example. On alliance side pretty much nobody other than a hunter should want bone slicing hatchet, which also happens to be one of the realistic BiS options. I would argue barbarous sword is in a position that is similar, though that’s soloable. I can not imagine who could really utilize warmonger. Possibly a few swords and daggers open up, although for horde side due to axes I am unsure what the hunter options are there.
Nobody else wants bone. Rogues might need Fang, but many don’t. Fury warriors need warblade more if they don’t have Edgemasters and aren’t human or orc, but there’s no guarantee. Hunter weapons are pretty damn easy to get in the stage. But it’s not like it matters that which a hunter has slots anyhow. The actual dps gap between getting BiS weapons and using ok weapons for a Hunter is minimal. It is more vanity than anything.
Anyone who believes Dal Rends to be BiS on a hunter needs to reconsider. The difference between this and BSHx2 is tiny, if going to allow a hunter roll if a rogue or warrior needs and no group in their right mind. WOW Classic hunters need to be able to roll on any weapon that dps don’t need, and nothing that melee dps do want. However, guilds ought to also have an alt policy so that, when you’re playing an alt, you don’t have to roll anything that any principal wants. That’s the only way to keep things fair.
