A veteran of the MMO and popular Twitch streamer Asmongold gave some tips to Amazon to prevent losing players amid a recent controversy in the game Lost Ark Gold. Smilegate who are the developers working on Lost Ark in tandem with Amazon launched its latest Argos Abyss raid mere days ago. Since the launch, however the raid has received huge criticism, with players disapproving of the raid’s shocking “pay-to-win” character.
To access the content of Argos the players have to be at a minimum of 1.370. This can be extremely difficult to attain as players’ likelihood of actually honing (upgrading) items is drastically cut off from 1.340 to 1.370. To reach the benchmark players have spent real-life money.
Asmongold is a fervent Lost Ark player since launch as the most recent MMO that he’s committed many hours of his time to, both on – and off-stream. In his recent Youtube video Asmongold confesses Lost Ark is primarily a game that rewards players with a win However, he claims the game needs to be changed so that the game’s developers don’t have to lose their massive player base.
Asmongold pleaded with Amazon and Smilegate to make the games that players from Russia and South Korea can play be available to everyone. “Put in the Heroic Abyss dungeons in the game, put an entire team of Heroic Guardians in the game,” the Twitch behemoth said. “These items are crucial to every day gameplay and will make everyday players’ experience better.”
The MMO streamer argued that if the content was integrated into the game to benefit players from all over the world the players wouldn’t have to create alts solely to get resources to farm as well as to depend on the Microtransactions in Lost Ark. Asmongold ended with an unsettling warning to publishers “I think every day this is a concern Lost Ark Gold for sale, it will be bleeding players bleeding respect and integrity.”
