The cape that reduces weight (or the spotted cape, which I believe it is) should be brought.

Monk’s Robes: They give an excellent prayer reward, and are lighter, which means you don’t have to take the same amount of super-energy drinks. If you are using right prayers, then you only need armor that gives the benefit of prayer!

After hearing about the appeal for last chance, i decided to get my password and send it in. He was dressed in party hats. I got my password and submitted a last-chance appeal on January 18th.
