Caverta 50 mg, which contains Sildenafil, has several contraindications. It’s important not to take this medication if any of the following apply to you:

Nitrate medications: Avoid Caverta if you’re taking nitrates for chest pain (e.g., nitroglycerin, isosorbide) as it can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Severe heart or liver issues: Caverta 50mg is not recommended for those with severe cardiac or liver conditions, as it can add stress to these organs.
Recent stroke or heart attack: Avoid Caverta if you’ve had a recent heart attack or stroke within the last 6 months.
Uncontrolled blood pressure: If you have very high or low blood pressure that isn’t controlled, Caverta may not be safe.
Eye conditions: If you have rare, hereditary eye diseases (e.g., retinitis pigmentosa) or a history of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), Caverta may increase the risk of vision loss.
Severe kidney disease: In cases of significant kidney impairment, Caverta may need dose adjustments or should be avoided.
Hypersensitivity or allergy: If you’re allergic to Sildenafil or any component of Caverta, it’s contraindicated.
As always, consult your healthcare provider to make sure Caverta is safe for you, especially if you have any pre-existing conditions or are taking other medications.
